Shipping

Free shipping for all orders over $99 excluding GST! Shipping and handling otherwise will be a Flat rate of $11.00. Delivery time takes into account whether each item is in stock, the delivery time to your destination, and weekends. In general, you should receive your order within 1-2 working days after your order has been sent out.

If your order is out of stock, one of our customer service operators will promptly contact you and update you with the latest estimated time of arrival. We will offer you the option of waiting for these items or offering you a full refund.

Delivery is mainly by courier. In order to ensure tackability and confirmation of receipt of goods, Officenet will generally use courier delivery. Please specify an address where the goods can be received, ideally between 7:30am and 5:30 pm on weekdays. Usually if delivery cannot be made, couriers will leave a note to make another appointment and it is your responsibility to contact them to make the arrangements.
